So long a story short, prior to working with Nate at Omega Auto Group, I had already had a deal going through with another broker, and the car was about to be delivered. Nate had called me the day of, and was like hey I see you're looking for a car. Just in the 5-10mins of talking to him, he was already offering me a deal that was 10x's better than what I was getting from the other broker. Literally this was just him crunching numbers in his head and not even speaking to the dealership. Had a great experience with Nathan at Omega Auto Group in obtaining my 2020 BMW X5! This was my first time using an auto broker at the suggestion of a friend. I figured there was no harm in contacting Nathan and just getting a quote from him as it would cost me nothing to do that. Throughout the whole process, Nathan answered and thoroughly explained every question I asked of him and was extremely patient in dealing with a first time customer who had a lot of reservations because of my unfamiliarity of the process. The price was the price. No negotiation, which I loved. Going this route saved me over $3500 based on comparable offers I was getting from dealers on my own, making it well worth the minimal broker fee and still coming out well ahead of any offer I had. Due to COVID, I was only in the dealership about 15 minutes to sign papers and take delivery. Most painless car buying experience ever. Will never deal with another dealer directly again! All my finicky and nonsensical questions were answered gleefully, and once again, when we decided we wanted the Lexus GX460, Seth went to work and came back with solutions.
